22. Residence Torre di Nòe - Type B accessible hospitality

Very elegant Residence, situated in a central position at only 150 m. from the beach. The Tower is 9 floors high, with two lifts of which one a panoramic lift, the apartments at the upper floors have a marvellous panoramic view. Garden with swimmingpool and a solarium. Parkingplaces in the underground. Laundry with washing machines for common use with the other guests. Each apartment is equiped with armoured entrance door, double 22-inch LCD TV, safe, microwave, air conditioner and heater, large terrace.
Apartments 5 & 8 are accessible with a comfortable elevator, both are on the second floor and differ from each other only in terms of their positioning. (5 is facing east / 8 facing west).
